H1N1 Information
The Douglas County Health Department, with the Visiting Nurse's Association, are offering the H1N1 flu vaccine free of charge to all Douglas County school age children. The informational parent letter and consent form are linked below.
The immunization clinic will be held on Monday, November 23rd, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Millard North High School.
